Hi! I'm an economist and data scientist.

Interested in development, labor, and innovation policies, and how the public sector can use data to make better decisions.

4+ years of experience in generating insights from data and advising government agencies, nonprofits, and multilateral development banks on data strategies.

Applied a range of tools such as randomized experiments, machine learning, and large-scale household surveys. Proficient in data analysis and visualization in R, Python, and Stata.

Graduated with an MPA/ID from Harvard University, where I took courses in PhD-level economics, econometrics, machine learning, and public sector innovation.

Currently working in the Office of the Chief Economist at the EBRD. Previously worked with IDinsight and the World Bank. Past projects include the world’s first Development Impact Bond, the World Bank's WDR 2021 on Data for Better Lives, and a report on inequality for the Blanchard-Tirole commission by the French government.

I created this website to learn some HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It is work in progress (last updated in 2021).

Happy to hear from you.
